- 3 sets of each:
- :30-:60 handstand hold
- 8 shoulder press – 2 second negative
- 10 seated db press (neutral grip)
- 15 bent over lat raise
- try to increase weight from last week
4 rounds : e2mom
- 25/20 cal ski/row
- 50 double unders + 12 db push press
