back squat : 4 x 6 @ 7/10 rpe
front squat : 4 x 6 @ 62% of 1rm clean (off floor,squat clean 1st rep)
optional : choose one (“talking pace”)
- 10-min any machine
- 1-mile run
- 4-min bike + 400m run + 4-min bike
