  • :60 squat hold *bodyweight/kb
  • 1o single arm db high pull

back squat : 4 x 6 @ 7/10 rpe

front squat : 4 x 6 @ 62% of 1rm clean (off floor,squat clean 1st rep)

optional : choose one (“talking pace”)

  • 1-mile run
  • 4-min bike + 400m run + 4-min bike
