- 3 point snatch (hip, mid thigh, floor) @ 65-75%
*hip & mid thigh can be power. off floor, squat snatch & pause in catch*

- 3 snatch @ 70%
- 6 bar muscle ups/strict pull ups
- 9 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
