PUSH/PULL

3 sets : complete each as a superset, rest 1-min between each part

  • 8 bench press (3 second pause at top) + max rep push ups
  • 10 “unbroken” strict/banded pull ups + 10 pendlay row
  • 6 sumo deadlift + 10 db alternating arm db press
    • *(increase difficultly, reps or weight)

3 rounds : emom

  • 1-2 : 24 double unders + 7 db thrusters (50/35)
  • 3-4 : 12 burpee box jump overs
  • 5 : rest
