18-min amrap

  • 50 double unders
  • 40 air squat
  • 30 sit ups
  • 20 kb swings

*if you are doing the open workout tomorrow, approach this at 70-80% capacity, do not sprint just get 18 min of movement, if you are NOT doing the open… SEND IT!
