  • 10 landmine front squats
  • 10 bulgarian split squat (10 each leg)
  • :30 kb goblet squat hold
    • same as last week, focus on stability/ROM.  increase weight ONLY if stable 

for time (30-min)

  • 800m run
  • 50 pull ups
  • 100 push ups
  • 150 air squats
  • 800m run
