- 10 bulgarian split squat (10 each leg)
- :30 kb goblet squat hold
- same as last week, focus on stability/ROM. increase weight ONLY if stable
for time (30-min)
- 800m run
- 50 pull ups
- 100 push ups
- 150 air squats
- 800m run
