  • 10 deadlift *light, focus on foot stability & glute engagement

3 sets : e2mom @ up to 70-75%

  • 1 pull (off floor)
  • 1 clean
  • 1 fs
  • 1 jerk

4 sets : e2mom

  • 1 clean & jerk @ starting at 75-80% *build to heavy single 

5 x 2 : front squat (off rack) @ starting at 85% of max from part 1. build to heavy double
