    • (below knee, above knee, mid thigh)
  • 3 sets : e2mom @ 65%
    • 2 pulls (off floor)
    • 2 hang snatch (mid thigh)
  • 3 sets @ 70%
    • 1 snatch + 1 OHS
  • 3 x 1 : squat snatch  @  65%, 70%, 75%

for time (12-min)

  • 800m run
  • 40 pull ups
  • 20 power snatch (135/95)
