  • 6 bench press (3 second pause at top) + max rep ring dips/box dips
  • 10 “unbroken” strict/banded pull ups + 10 pendlay row
  • 6 sumo deadlift + 15 db chest fly
    • *(increase difficultly, reps or weight)

3 rounds : emom

  • 1-2 : 30 double unders + 12 pull ups
  • 3-4 : 10-12 burpee box jump overs
  • 5 : rest
