    • (below knee, above knee, mid thigh)
  • 3 sets : e2mom @ 60%
    • 2 pulls (off floor)
    • 2 hang snatch (mid thigh)
  • 3 sets @ 65%
    • 1 snatch + 1 OHS
  • 3 x 1 : squat snatch  @ 60%, 65%, 70%

  • 200m run
  • 8 ohs (95/65)
  • 12 pull ups
