2 sets : 2 x (1 high pull  + 1 hang snatch) *both from below knee
3 sets : 1 liftoff (below knee)+ 1 snatch (floor)
3 x 3 : snatch  *catch lower each rep

4 rounds : e4mom

  • run 400 m
  • 6 power snatch @ 70% of 1rm
